01Your takeaways

Leave with a Training Plan

Every team leaves with a written plan: the top 1–3 things limiting your GTM, what to fix first, and recommendations on how to fix them.

Sample Training PlanTeam: Northwind Grid (fictitious, for demonstration only)
01

The limiter

Buyers can't tell what changes for them in year one. The site and deck lead with the technology, so pilots stall at the budget-holder.

02

First priority

Rewrite the homepage and slide 3 around the operator's cost per site, using the two pilot results you already have.

03

30-day priority plays

  • Run five discovery calls with the new value line and log the objections.
  • Turn one pilot into a one-page before-and-after.
  • Hand one deal to someone other than the founder, start to finish.

02Who it's for

You may be a fit if this sounds familiar

"Our pilots aren't converting."

Customers like the trial. The paid contract stalls, and nobody can clearly state why.

"We have critical milestones to hit before the next raise."

Investors want proof the motion works, and the clock is ticking.

"We figured out pricing a while ago: cost-plus-markup."

That isn't a pricing strategy. It's your first pilot customer guessing for you, or you guessing in the dark.

"We have leads, not meetings""Every rep pitches differently""Investors like us but want demonstrated traction first""Our deck only works when I present it"
"Buyers love the demo, then go quiet""In-person conversations are the only way we get meetings""We can't tell which channel is working""Investors ask about CAC, and we guess"

Two operators in your corner

One coach for marketing and GTM, one for product and pricing. Both are actively building with companies in the current market, and both study your materials before you meet.

06Questions

Answers before you sign up

Cost, time, privacy. What we will vs. won't do.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The clinic is a no-cost engagement. In exchange for their time, the coaches ask teams who had a positive experience to provide a case study, a quote, and/or referral.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included: a coach review of your GTM materials, an intake conversation, a 60 to 90 minute clinic session and a written Training Plan. Not included: building or rewriting assets for you, running campaigns or ongoing coaching. The clinic is diagnostic only: we review the materials you already have and recommend what to fix, but we don't redo your deck, site or other assets.

How much of our time does it take?

About 25 minutes of prep, a 45-minute intake conversation and a 60 to 90 minute session.

What do we need to share, and when?

Materials will be due at least 7 days before your scheduled clinic date, so that coaches have adequate time to review. From the list, share only what you're comfortable with:

Will you try to sell us something in the session?

No. Ongoing engagements are available as a separate offering. We can share materials and resources, including a newsletter, but we leave it to you to follow up.

Who sees our results?

Names and identifiers are anonymized unless explicit permission is granted to mention your company in report-outs or future talks and materials.

What happens with our story?
